Shipping Policy: Orders ship from Borrego Springs, California. We usually ship all in-stock orders within 5 business days. Tumbleweed will contact the customer with the ship date and estimated delivery day if for any reason there is a delay or problem with your order.

Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologize if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. Availability: Tumbleweed offers many unique and one-of-a-kind items. When an item is no longer available we make every attempt to remove it from the site immediately. If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on the site. Warranties and Handcrafted Goods: Tumbleweed makes no warranties expressed or implied for fitness for the consumers particular use. The customer acknowledges that the techniques used by local artisans ensure that each item is unique. The customer also understands that hand made goods are inherently imperfect and vary in size, finish and dimension. Slight cracks, warping, imperfections and color variations are inherent to each piece and are not defects. Tumbleweed makes every effort to thoroughly inspect all goods before shipping to assure the highest level of quality.

Return Policy
We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things just don't work out. Most merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days of delivery. Just call Tumbleweed for more information on returning your item.

Details: If not completely satisfied with your purchase, just give us a call and let us know about the problem. How to Return: Securely package your item(s) in the material provided and send the package back to Tumbleweed via a traceable method with the shipper of your choice. After we receive the items, merchandise credits and refunds will be issued to the customer of record. Shipping fees and/or return shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they left our store.
