All leathers are pure aniline dyed full top grain hides. The hides have been dipped in a soil retardant solution in the dying process at the tannery. The Cowboy Collection is constructed with 8- Way hand tied springs. The pieces are constructed with the finest Alder hardwood frames and double doweled with blocked corners. When using Down Construction, the seat is a 4 inch foam core, with a down envelope-90% Feathers, 10% Down. The seat backs are all down-90% feathers, 10% Down. 100% Down can be used upon request. In foam Construction, a foam core is used with a Dacron Wrap.
